1. What is the delivery time for Toys for Africa products?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 days, depending on your location.

2. Where are your products shipped from?

We ship all products from our factory in Highbury, Meyerton, using The Courier Guy as our shipping partner.

3. Can I return a product if it’s defective?

Yes, returns are accepted if the product is defective. If the product was damaged during shipping and you did not opt for shipping insurance, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. However, if you chose shipping insurance, we will cover the return shipping fee for you.

4. What is your refund policy?

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • If the product is defective or broken.
  • If the product was damaged during shipping.
  • If the wrong item was received.

10-Day Return Period

You have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

6. Do you sell spare parts for your toys?

Yes, we sell a variety of spare parts, including wheels, axles, clips, bolts, nuts, steering wheels, stickers, and lids. These parts are not yet listed on our website, so please email us with your specific needs, and we’ll assist you.

7. Do your toys have motorical functions?

Yes, our toys come with motorical functions (Moving parts, not electrical motors/engines etc.) for added realism and playability.

8. How many colors are available for your toys?

Our toys are available in up to 13 different colors, depending on the specific toy.

9. How long have Toys for Africa products been in production?

Our toys have been in production for over 50 years, providing durable and high-quality playtime experiences.

10. Are your toys manufactured locally?

Yes, all our toys are proudly made in South Africa, and by hand.

11. What materials are used to make your toys, and are they durable?

Our toys are made from high-quality, durable metal, designed to withstand years of play. The wheels are made of real rubber, and not plastic. We have minimal to no Plastics in our toys.

12. What does the 1:32 and 1:16 mean?

This is the ratio of the Metal Toys, compared to the actual tractor, Pickup, or Truck. This means that 1:32 is the smallest (In size) that we offer, and 1:16 are the biggest.
